If the fit is confirmed, we design the route-to-market together. Target segments, partnership model, regulatory pathway, and a realistic timeline for first deployments. Every plan is built for your technology and your market.

Retainer Model

We execute the plan. Monthly retainer with defined milestones and full transparency on what we're doing and why. We open doors, qualify opportunities, build partnerships, and support first deployments.
